FRC Action PAC Endorses Andrew Bailey for Attorney General of Missouri.
July 24, 2024: Washington, D.C. – FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Andrew Bailey for Attorney General of Missouri.
FRC Action Chair Tony Perkins issued the following statement:
“Since its inception, FRC Action PAC has supported candidates who take a strong stand for faith, family, and freedom. In this critical hour, Americans are looking for bold leaders willing to defend these values. After working with Attorney General Bailey, we know him are such a leader. He understands the fundamental importance of protecting the right to life, the danger of gender ideology for our youth, the central role strong families must play if our country is to thrive, and that religious liberty is the bedrock of a truly prosperous nation. We are confident that he will continue to be a voice for these values.
Since he was appointed as Missouri’s attorney general, he has been a strident defender of life, family, and religious liberty. When retail pharmacy giants like CVS and Walgreens announced they would seek certification from the Food and Drug Administration to dispense abortion-inducing drugs, he led a coalition of 20 state attorneys general to push back. He has also led on defunding Planned Parenthood and holding it to account for trafficking minors out of state for abortions without parental consent. Additionally, he sought relief for Missourians who have been discriminated against for their faith, stood up against harmful gender ideology in Missouri schools, and protected Missouri’s youth from harmful puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and gender reassignment surgeries. His track record as Missouri’s top law enforcement official is impressive, and we trust he will continue this excellent work.
FRC Action PAC is confident that he will be a dedicated advocate for our freedoms and strong family values. He is the leader that Missouri needs, and we are pleased to offer our endorsement of his candidacy for attorney general of Missouri.”
