FRC Action PAC Endorses Donald Eason for U.S. House in Michigan
Washington, DC – FRC Action PAC, the political action committee connected with Family Research Council Action, is endorsing Donald Eason for the U.S. House of Representatives in Michigan’s 13th Congressional District.
FRC Action PAC Executive Vice President, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) William G. Boykin commented:
“Since its inception, FRC Action PAC has supported candidates who take a strong stand for faith, family, and freedom. In this critical hour, Americans are looking for bold leaders who are willing to defend these values. From working with Donald, evaluating his record, and speaking with those who know him, we believe he will be such a leader. Donald understands the fundamental importance of protecting the right to life, the central role strong families must play if our country is to thrive, and that religious liberty is the bedrock of a truly prosperous nation.
“Donald’s story is truly inspirational. Raised in southwest Detroit by a single mother, he overcame the odds to become the first person in his family to go to college. Since then, he has gained valuable experience in the business world. Donald has also invested in the next generation through his involvement in education. As a pastor, Donald has a sincere desire and ability to connect with people and minister to them in times of need. Furthermore, Donald has served on several boards in Michigan designed to rebuild communities and empower individuals to lead better lives. We believe these combined experiences specially equip him to serve as the next member of Congress from Michigan’s 13th District.
“As a pastor, husband, and father, Donald believes all life is sacred and deserves equal protection. He understands that the family is the building block of any successful society and that many of our current problems can be traced to the breakdown of this fundamental unit. And Donald realizes that preserving religious liberty is essential for any free society, regardless of one’s beliefs. We believe he will fight for these values if elected to Congress.
“FRC Action PAC is confident that Donald will continue to be a dedicated advocate for life, freedom, and strong family values. He is the leader that Michigan needs, and we are pleased to offer our endorsement of his candidacy for election to the U.S. House of Representatives. Together we will create a culture in which all human life is valued, families flourish, and religious liberty thrives,” concluded Boykin.
